The POKS is a Polish music band formed in 2015 in Cracow, Poland. The group creates alternative rock inspired by the British indie scene, folk and Icelandic post-rock. In 2019, the band released their second mini-album titled "On Atoms" - a journey inspired by movies, imagination, and a love of musical spaces. They spent the pandemic creating material for their first full-length album.

The band introduces to the world its debut full-length album titled "Ja Człowiek”. It's a long-awaited material that matured for many years in the studio, to finally see the light of day in a fully crafted form! The album features 10 tracks that show humans as beings full of contradictions, living in developed civilizations, yet stuck in their atavisms of desire and possession. The band takes a detached look at human nature, emphasizing the need to respect others and the planet.
